My Simple Habits

As a mom of 3 kiddos, life can sometimes be fast and furious; and very often, I find myself constantly practicing the need to be effortlessly grateful. Recently, I was introduced to Yoga🧘🏿‍♀️ and Meditation as a means to reduce stress. As I was sourcing materials in this lifestyle, I came across @simplehabitapp. I’ve been using this App everyday now, for the past week and counting, and I couldn’t be happier! I love the Relax, Focus and Gratitude meditations, and I can already feel more relief and improvement in my everyday life! The meditations reminds me to have more internal gratitude for doing everything I’m doing, in a particular moment in time. I feel free, and I have a deeper appreciation for the simple things in life🙏🏾💕
