DIY Bubblegum Pink Sneakers (Upcycle)

Hey fam, happy Tueesday!

Hope you all are having the best week. So I thought it will be fun do a series this summer where we up-cycle shoes such as sneakers by painting or dying them. Whoop, get excited! Not sure what we'll call the series, let me know if you come up with something clever :)

To kick off this series today, I'm sharing how you can customize your sneakers by changing the color. It is super fun and an absolute favorite transformation of mine, because it gives me the ability to create something incredibly custom and unique. Whether it’s a pair of shoes that you wish came in a specific color (and doesn’t) or shoes you own that you are just tired of, use fabric paint to change them to the color of your choosing.

As always, I challenge you to give it a try, and when you do, please hashtag #FabPiecesTV, as I would love to see and share on my Instagram.

Materials used:

  • Sneakers ($5 at Michaels store) Use code: 50HALFBDAY for 50% OFF
  • Fabric Paint
  • A paint brush and a bowl

Enjoy making yours, and don't forget to click the subscribe button for more :)
